Policy

Booking

At the time of booking, a fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. Deposits may be submitted via Cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay. Appointments made without a deposit are not guaranteed and are subject to cancellation. A twenty-four (24) hour grace period is provided to submit the deposit; if payment is not received within that timeframe, the appointment may be cancelled.

Payment of the deposit constitutes agreement to all DaeTimeVisuals policies.

For collaborations or creative projects with no monetary exchange, DaeTimeVisuals retains full rights to all images captured. These images may be used at the photographer’s discretion for promotional, portfolio, or creative purposes.

Payment

 Sessions must be paid in full prior to shoot date or immediately after the shoot via Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Checks are not accepted. An additional $20 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.

Cancellation

If you are unable to attend your scheduled photo session, please note that all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. A minimum of seventy-two (72) hours’ advance notice is required in order for your deposit to be credited toward a future session or partially refunded at fifty percent (50%). If cancellation occurs less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session, no refund will be issued and the deposit will be forfeited. However, the client may reschedule once at no additional cost, provided the new date is within three (3) months and subject to the photographer’s availability.

The photographer reserves the right to deny service to clients who demonstrate a repeated pattern of cancellations.

If DaeTimeVisuals is unable to perform this contract due to fire, casualty, strike, act of God, illness, emergency, or any cause beyond the control of the parties, the deposit will be returned in full, with no further liability. This clause also applies in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in transit, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault of the photographer. In the event DaeTimeVisuals fails for any other reason, liability shall be limited to the return of all monies paid.

Tardiness

Punctuality is essential to ensure a smooth and professional experience. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Any client arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes past the scheduled start time will incur a late fee of twenty-five dollars ($25). Session end times will not be extended to accommodate lateness. If a client arrives thirty (30) minutes or more past the scheduled start time, the session will be automatically cancelled and the deposit forfeited. This policy is in place to maintain fairness and respect for both the photographer’s time and other clients’ appointments.
