Policy

Booking
At the time of booking, a fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time.
Deposits may be submitted via Cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay. Appointments made without a deposit are not guaranteed and are subject to cancellation. A twenty-four (24) hour grace period is provided to submit the deposit; if payment is not received within that timeframe, the appointment may be cancelled.
Payment of the deposit constitutes agreement to all DaeTimeVisuals policies. For collaborations or creative projects with no monetary exchange, DaeTimeVisuals retains full rights to all images captured. These images may be used at the photographer’s discretion for promotional, portfolio, or creative purposes.
Payment
Sessions must be paid in full prior to shoot date or immediately after the shoot via Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Checks are not accepted. An additional $25 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend your scheduled photo session, please note that all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. A minimum of seventy-two (72) hours' advance notice is required in order for your deposit to be credited toward a future session or partially refunded at fifty percent (50%). If cancellation occurs less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session, no refund will be issued and the deposit will be forfeited.
Clients are permitted one (1) complimentary reschedule per booking, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session. The new session date must be within three (3) months of the original session date and is subject to the photographer's availability.
Any additional client-requested rescheduling will require the client to rebook their session and submit a new deposit. Rebooking will be subject to current pricing, package availability, and the photographer's current schedule.
Rescheduling initiated by DaeTimeVisuals due to photographer availability, scheduling errors, or circumstances within the photographer's control will not count toward the client's one (1) complimentary reschedule.
Clients are expected to maintain communication regarding their booking. If a client fails to respond to scheduling or rescheduling communications for an extended period of time, the photographer reserves the right to consider the booking inactive and release the reserved appointment. Rebooking may require a new deposit.
The photographer reserves the right to deny service to clients who demonstrate a repeated pattern of cancellations or rescheduling.
Tardiness
Punctuality is essential to ensure a smooth and professional experience. Clients are expected to arrive on time and fully prepared for their scheduled session. Please note that session time includes outfit changes, touch-ups, and preparation time.
Clients arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes late will incur a late fee of fifty dollars ($50). I understand that weather conditions or certain sessions may require clients to change outfits in the studio, and reasonable accommodation will always be made. However, excessive preparation or extended time getting ready during the session may result in fewer final images due to lost shooting time. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate lateness or extended preparation.
If a client arrives thirty (30) minutes or more past the scheduled start time, the session will be canceled and the deposit forfeited if not communicated with Daetimevisuals. This policy is in place to maintain fairness, professionalism, and respect for both the photographer’s time and other scheduled clients.
Refund, Reshoot & Final Delivery Policy
By booking with the Photographer, the Client confirms they have reviewed the Photographer’s portfolio and understands the Photographer’s shooting style, editing style, and overall creative approach. Photography is a custom service that includes reserved time, photographing, image selection, and editing. All payments are non-refundable once the session has taken place. Once proofs, edited images, or final galleries have been delivered, the service is considered completed and fulfilled.
Clients are responsible for communicating any desired looks, inspiration photos, background requests, or specific expectations before or during the session. If no direction is provided, the Photographer will use creative judgment to deliver the session in their standard style. Refunds, partial refunds, or complimentary reshoots will not be provided for changes of mind, personal preference, uncommunicated expectations, or dissatisfaction with style choices such as posing, composition, lighting, or background blur after delivery.
EDITING & REVISION POLICY
The Photographer’s editing style is a major part of the creative process and is consistent with the work displayed throughout the Photographer’s portfolio. By booking, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the Photographer’s editing and retouching style.
During the editing process, standard retouching may include blemish removal, skin cleanup, stray hair removal, lighting and color adjustments, as well as minor teeth and eye whitening when necessary. The Photographer aims to enhance images while maintaining natural skin texture and the Client’s overall appearance.
Minor revision requests may be accommodated at the Photographer’s discretion. However, excessive edits, full re-edits, or requests that significantly alter the Photographer’s creative style may be subject to additional fees.
Requests such as changing lighting, removing blur, altering poses, changing backgrounds, or heavily modifying body features after delivery may not be possible or may require an additional retouching fee.
All revision requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of gallery delivery.
